Prep: Dose 12g of coffee per 200mL of water and grind finer than French press but coarser than espresso. Rinse the filter, add your grounds, twist on the filter cap, and place on your cup.
Pour: Use filtered water heated to 94°C and fill to the 200mL line. Place the Doser on top of the plunger to retain heat.
Press: Slowly raise the plunger to start brewing. Aim for a 2–3 minute brew time, and adjust the grind coarser if pressing feels too firm.
