Our warehouse

We hold stock in our Dutch warehouse and fulfil orders for retailers. Stores can replenish your products locally, while we handle the day-to-day distribution.

Orders placed before 17:00 on working days are dispatched the same day.

Service and support

Customer service in four languages

Retailers and customers can contact our team for product advice, orders and warranty requests. We offer support in four languages, from 07:00 to midnight, Netherlands local time.

Our products come with a two-year warranty through Novastars. On request, we can arrange a replacement directly for the end customer.
