Product description
The Astra uses a mechanical system to apply consistent tamping force without manual adjustment. Its triple spring design includes a reset spring, a horizontal stabilizing spring, and a constant pressure spring. This ensures smooth, vertical movement and a level tamp every time.
The 58.5 mm base fits standard 58 mm portafilters and offers full surface coverage. A stabilizing ring prevents tilting, while the built-in rebound function resets the tamper automatically after each use.
Constructed from corrosion-resistant SUS304 stainless steel and a hardened aluminum alloy, the Astra is durable and easy to clean. The open base design reduces coffee buildup, and the matte-finished handle provides a secure, ergonomic grip.
