Product description

This distributor activates with a single press, rotating the needle plate twice in a smooth, parallel motion. The movement breaks up clumps and distributes grounds evenly, helping reduce channeling and improve extraction stability.

The stirring depth is adjustable from 20 to 30 mm in 0.1 mm increments using a built-in scale. Fourteen 0.25 mm stainless steel needles are evenly spaced to support uniform water flow across the puck. The tool is designed for use with 58 mm two-ear portafilters and includes a magnetic base that holds it firmly in place during use.
